Most interior designers charge between $85.00 and $200.00 per hour, plus product markup on the items they purchase for you. With Design in a Binder™, we design your room from our studio, give you the freedom to purchase your products directly and implement the design at your own pace.

With Design in a Binder™, we design your room from our studio in Dallas, Texas, and give you the freedom to purchase your products directly and implement the design at your own pace.

How it works:

Step 1: We walk you through a complete design assessment where you share with us your needs and unique style.

Step 2: You follow our step-by-step process of submitting photographs and measurements of the room you want to design and/or furnish.

Step 3: We custom design your space and send you your Design in a Binder™ which will include:

• Step-by-step instructions on how to create the design in your space;
• A detailed furniture layout and accessories plan;
• Paint selections;
• Fabric swatches if applicable;
• Photographs of the furniture, art work and accessories selected;
• Color board – a compilation of all colors, fabrics and finishes to be used in your design;
• A complete shopping list of products to purchase at nationwide or online retailers, along with retail prices of each item;
• Our recommendations on how to complete your project with ease and eliminate any feeling of being overwhelmed.

It’s that simple!

Approximately 6 weeks after you submit your completed design questionnaire, pictures and room measurements, you’ll receive your Design in a Binder™. Everything you need to design the comfortable, functional home space you crave will come to you “in a binder” for easy organization, storage and shopping. You implement what you want, when you want, at your own pace and as your budget allows.

We’ll also be there to guide you after you receive your Design in a Binder™. We’ll follow-up with you shortly after you receive your design and be available to answer any questions you might have while creating it.
